We rent rooms in Rome with shared kitchen in two adjoining apartments well connected to the city centre by subway line A (B&B stop is Porta Furba on the red line or night bus N1), same line of these stops: San Giovanni, Piazza di Spagna, Termini Railway station, Ottaviano (San Pietro and Musei vaticani). To reach the Vatican is 5 minutes walk + 20 minutes by subway.

The two apartments consist of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a self catering kitchen. We have singles, twin, double, triple, four and five beds rooms. The Bed and Breakfast is located on the third floor with elevator of a red brick building. We are beside the green area of Parco Regionale dell'Appia Antica, in Quadraro area, next to the Cinecittà Studios, immersed in the old ruins of Imperial Rome and the modernity of an area grown up thanks to the subway that permits quick links with the other parts of the city. Quadraro area is full of shops and restaurants. Via Tuscolana is really famous for the cheap shopping. We are both Guest House and Bed and Breakfast why we live in one of the two apartment and we are true Romans, born and brought up in Rome. Here you will feel Roman for some days, Cinecittà is truly Roman, not a tourist area! Here is safer than Termini, prices are chep and the Romans are welcoming with guests. Great value for your money, this is a low cost area, where romans live and go out for dinner in one of many restourants of via Tuscolana. Our B&B is the perfect location for a low cost tourism in Rome, we are between Termini and Ciampino Low Cost airport, really well connected with both of them. We love travelling and thus we know traveler's needs, so we have taken care of every single detail to offer a complete and efficient service:4 private bathrooms (3 en-suite), Wi-Fi in the bedrooms and a Net-book for guest's free use, TV LCD, Air Conditioning, 24/7 breakfast, no curfew with the keys of the apartment, free storage of luggages, amplifer speakers in the bedrooms, secure box, free map of Rome and free map of the area. In the bathroom you will find towels, hand soap and intimate cleanser.

Cyclists , bicycle tourists and people that have cycled the length of Italy are welcome with free bike parking in the garage downstairs and free use of our new bicycle repair shop. We also can provide informations about travel by bycicle in Italy and safe route to visit Rome. From our B&B we suggest one of the best bike tour of Rome, the Appian way. If Paolo is in Rome, there is the possibility of a free guided bycicle tour in the centre of Rome, probably during the night. We know bycicle mechanic and shops in Rome very well and we will be happy to help you if you have problems with your bike.
