TWIN/DOUBLE ROOM

The Twin/Double room has a private en-suite bathroom and is made up by two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed. It is only possible to add an extra bed next to the double bed, but unfortunately you can't have three single beds in this room.

The room is provided with Wi-Fi connection, air-conditioning and TV LCD 32"

FAMILY ROOM

The Family Room has a terrace and a private en-suite bathroom and it is made up by a double bed and a bunk bed. In this room it is possible to add an extra bed and a travel crib too.

HALL

The hall is the place to prepare your favourite breakfast and to surf the net by our free-use net-book.

A painting of Massimo Schito and 3 big maps ( Rome - our area - ideographic map of Italy) decorate the hall. Here you could have a rest on the small sofa whilst surfing the net. Kitchen is furnished with; a fridge, a microwave oven, Italian and American coffee-maker, kettle, toaster and popcorn maker. You'll tell us what you like. We normally provide jam, bread, cookies, yoghurt, seasonal fruit, milk, coffee and tea.
