Is there any kind of check in/out time or curfew?

Not at all. We do not want to constrain you in any way. At your arrival we will give you a copy of the apartment keys, after a 50,00 euros deposit payment. We'll give this money back to you when you'll return them at the and of your stay.

What kind of breakfast do you offer?

We do want you to feel at home. So, we do not prepare breakfast but we provide you with anything you might need to prepare your favorite breakfast!
Kitchen is furnished with: fridge, microwave oven, italian and american coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, orange juice maker, pop corn maker. You'll tell us what you like. We normally provide jam, bread, cookies, yogurth, seasonal fruit, milk, coffee and tea.

Is it possible to bring animals?

We are really sorry, but can't accept animals inside due to allergy problems.

Is there a parking?

We unfortunately do not have the possibility to offer parking service. But nearby the house you'll find a private parking if you are not pleasant with the idea of leaving your car unguarded.
